Not at all! The welding process is quick and painless — a small spark joins your chain, but you won’t feel a thing.

Q: What happens if I need to remove it?
If you need to remove your jewelry, you can simply snip it with scissors. We’re happy to reattach it at a later date for a small service fee.

We offer two experiences:

• Private Events & Soirées: Book the bar for birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorettes, or corporate gatherings.

• Happy Hour Pop-Ups: Catch us at local markets, boutiques, wineries, breweries, and more — with exclusive discounted happy hour pricing.

Q: How do I book the bar for a private event?
You can book by contacting us via email/DM or filling out our webform so we can reach out to finalize details about your event. We recommend securing your date early as weekends fill up quickly.

Q: How much does permanent jewelry cost?
Our chains start at $85 and vary depending on the style. At Happy Hour events, you’ll enjoy special discounted pricing.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Give the Gift of Forever with a Hook & Bloom gift card starting November 1st, 2025.

Policies & Care

Q: What if my jewelry breaks or stretches?
Permanent jewelry is delicate and meant for everyday wear, but accidents can happen. If your chain breaks within 30 days due to normal wear, we’ll reattach it free of charge. After 30 days, a small service fee applies.

Q: Can I wear permanent jewelry through TSA?
Yes! Permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly and won’t set off metal detectors.

Q: Can you host large groups?
Absolutely! From bridal parties to corporate soirées, our mobile bar is perfect for groups. We can also offer layering discounts and add-on charms for group bookings.

For pop-ups, yes! For private events, bookings are required in advance.
