Q: What happens if I need to remove it?
If you need to remove your jewelry, you can simply snip it with scissors. We’re happy to reattach it at a later date for a small service fee.

You can book by contacting us via email/DM or filling out our webform so we can reach out to finalize details about your event. We recommend securing your date early as weekends fill up quickly.

Policies & Care

Q: Refund Policy

All sales at Hook & Bloom are final.
Because each of our pieces is thoughtfully selected or custom-fitted with care, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on permanent jewelry services or on any items sold in the boutique. Our permanent jewelry is designed to be a lasting keepsake — each chain is custom-measured and welded specifically for you. For this reason, all permanent jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage our guests to take their time when selecting their chain, charms, or boutique items to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchase.

Q: What if my jewelry breaks or stretches?
Permanent jewelry is delicate and meant for everyday wear, but accidents can happen. Treat this jewelry as you would any other jewelry purchase. If your chain breaks at the welded spot within 30 days due to normal wear, we’ll reattach it free of charge. After 30 days, a small service fee applies.

Q: Can I wear permanent jewelry through TSA?
Yes! Permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly and won’t set off metal detectors.
